Agreed, going digital is not a dystopia, but then revoking the games you "bought" is indeed dystopia, these companies have digital games with DRM that only work as long as they give you permission to use, that's the dystopian part where you own nothing and be happy, I personally prefer digital, but when I can actually own it and not be locked out of what I buy.
It seems India has completely nuked rednote out of existence here already, I still have the app downloaded from a while ago but now it is completely non-functional, it has disappeared off of the store and the website is completely broken, changing DNS doesn't seem to do anything, apparently officials claim rednote is secretly serving Pakistan and pays Indians to produce anti national propaganda, man how do I keep missing these opportunities to get on Chinese payroll smh.
