  • How did your closest friendships begin, what makes them special, and how have they evolved?

  • Differently. I have two friends "left" from kindergarten. Some from school. And then there are some which I only know because of wider music and scene related friend-groups, starting at the age of 14. Sharing the same socio-econimical Background and similar familiy related histories with most, which gives us similar problems in life. I really enjoy being around those people for such a long time (Am over 30 now), knowing their ups and downs in life, where they come from.

  • Lol, my grandmothers did not have time to cook big stuff. Working full time while raising three kids gives you prioties which are oftentimes not frivoulous meals.

  • My cat luckily never did this. I was smacked, when he decided it was time for food, but he never wanted help. I think he perceived me as his hostage or something like that.

  • That I will always be faced with some degree gender related prejudice or problems while working and it will sometimes come from unexpected places. I work in a male dominated field and most guys are fine. Others are not. Sometimes the fine guys aren't even noticing their behaviour. Sometimes (somehow oftentimes) the other women are the shittiest. Had a hard time accepting how adults can and will treat other adults.

  • Thanks little snail! At the moment I think that really fits. Just quit my old job yesterday, after weeks and months of thinking about staying there or not, while my CV's went nowhere. Hope my new job treats me better and hope that I will have the strenghts to overcome my personal issues in this place.

  • I agree about the content and really think that it is healthier this way, too. But I also think that the content here is somehow less negative. And as you say, posts do not get buried. I am way more engaged here because of that and had a lot more interactions.
