    I probably have over 10k hours in that piece of shit. Autistic obsession for like 5 years straight. Been playing on and off since it came out. Fuck Kingsisle, fuck microtransactions, fuck them lying about it being "free-to-play", fuck features that only exist to incentivize paying. I still like the game in some ways, it just isn't a good game.

  • Proprietary OS. Idc if it is "Linux". Android is Linux, and AOSP is open source. Why use a proprietary Linux distro over something like GrapheneOS which is fully free and open source software. I don't think any person who cares about their privacy should use SailfishOS. It really seems like privacy-washing and OSS-washing. I say kick proprietary Linux distros out of the community.

  • If you are on Android, just know it has much weaker security because it is a webview browser with no per-site process isolation. WebView browsers are just reskinned weaker Chromium. Also, of your devices is no longer receiving updates, your webview (built in to the OS) may be very out of date, and Browsers are the most exploited platform.

    If you are on iOS, it is just reskinned Safari (WebKit). If you are on desktop, it should be fine (just still chromium).

  • Is there a reason to pick Fedora over Ubuntu?

  • Avoid Fedora Flatpaks (their repo, not Flathub) because of broken apps. OBS got pissed at them a while back for user reporting bugs that were only present in the downstream repackaging by Fedora. Broken af.

  • The swastika as a religious symbol is one thing (it was a symbol of peace for much longer than it was for hate), but as a tattoo I would say that is a big "fuck no" from me.

  • Get the Windows 11 IoT LTSC specifically. IoT is better according to nassgrave, and Windows 11 so you get good compatibility with new games. Not much debloating is needed, just use WinUtil by CTT and tweak/disable shit.
