Can you make an offer to your insurance company "without prejudice" so they can entertain a possibillity without having to worry about them using it against you or is that not a thing for insurance?

My issue is there doesnt seem to be a halfway point between what they offer and what I can conceive of that would mutually benefit both of us (a kind of partial situation) and I dont know if its safe to signal to them
