Using Mirrors in Space to Power Solar at Night

I jokingly mentioned using space mirrors recently approved by the US FCC (Federal Communications Commission).

@MrEff@lemmy.world was kind enough to jump headfirst down the rabbit hole and provide some back of the napkin numbers for cost, return on investment, and other numbers. Truly “doing the Lord’s work” and very deserved of credit and aww.
