Resources/recommendations for well-meaning leftist white men/people?

What's the best way to have a conversation with someone about their harmful underlying/unchallenged beliefs?

I think there is a cohort of people who would be influenced by "you're acting like a White Man™, and you should fix that." Not sure how to approach someone who doesn't understand why that would be a problem though.

Do y'all have any book or (preferably) youtube video recommendations?

Edit: I'm specifically thinking about folks in leftist spaces that nominally understand and oppose patriarchy and white supremacy, but don't see themselves as part of the problem, e.g. the "feminist" that still talks over women. For those folks, talking about the problem in the abstract is fine, but pointing out their problematic behaviors/beliefs is more difficult.
