Naloxone storage/carry (nasal spray/applicator)

Hey all, based on some things in my life, I've decided to start carrying narcan with me in my purse or on my keyring. I'm looking for ways to carry it, and I've found some that seem great but require you to take it out of its packaging first, and someone brought up the concern to me of it being unhygienic to store them that way. I have a green 3d printed case from a friend (with a gasket, etc, to keep it safe), and I've seen ones you can buy online (also with gaskets), but I'm wondering if thats a clear/legitimate/worthwhile concern, or if its just my friend being anxious? Idk, I've never really carried narcan with me before, but its worth carrying right now and I have the training/knowledge for using it appropriately.
